Support small, not soulless. You’re buying from a real human, not a boardroom — been there, don’t that, know how it works, not going back.
Return drama stays outside. Policies are posted, clear, and fair — follow them and we’re golden.
Keep it punk, keep it polite. Rebellion doesn’t require rudeness.

Return & Exchange Policy
We take great pride in our product, and since BayPunk Rag-House consists mainly of recycled treasures, our policy differs from big-box retailers.
Every item is listed with integrity and photographed in detail — what you see is what you get. Each order is documented prior to shipping to prevent potential mishaps.
Recycled Products — All sales are final due to the nature of pre-loved goods, with limited exceptions posted to the right.
Handmade Items — All sales are final, with limited exceptions posted to the right.
Because wisdom ages like whiskey — stronger, rarer, and not for the weak. You’ve outlived trends, outsmarted fools and prolly partied with Anka in the 80’s and she has a soft spot in her fully ventilated heart for her tribe of OG Punks.
Age has tested you — it means your ID has to prove that you’re at least at the tender age of 63, no exceptions.
Proof reqiured — Email a copy of your ID clearly showing your birthday to anka@baypunk.com and a reusable discount code will be provided.
This one’s simple: you know who you are.
Real family and true friends — the ones who’ve stood through storms, celebrated wins, and shown up when it wasn’t convenient. These codes aren’t for “a friend of a friend” or someone Anka met once at a concert in Nürnberg in 1988. They’re personal. Earned through loyalty, not proximity.
You’ll still need to reach out to Anka for the discount code — she’ll know if you’re bluffin’.
Exceptions
If we made an error, contact Anka within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, a brief description, and include clear image(s) showing the issue.
Each handmade piece is crafted at expert level, mostly without a pattern or written instructions, and is considered a one-of-a-kind original.
In the unlikely event that unraveling occurs within two weeks of receipt, contact Anka with 3–4 clear images so the piece can be evaluated for structural flaws or outside damage.
Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of authorization in original condition. A photo of the return shipping receipt is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon. Unauthorized or late returns will not be accepted.
